What you’ll be doing

Being a Care Assistant doesn’t just mean helping clients to remain as active and independent as possible but also Implementing personalised care plans.  Working as a team member, you will support them with personal care, ensuring they receive appropriate meals, and spend time talking to clients making them feel valued.

What you will need

Experience of caring for others would be useful, not necessary.

You must have good communication skills and also be able to work on your own as well as part of a team. You will also need a full driving licence and to have access to a car.
